Siege Fire Systems Accreditations
In our line of work, we all know the importance of complying with industry standards, best practice, and laws. Siege Fire Systems Accreditations are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure we are compliant and delivering a high quality service to all clients.
“EC Regulation 517/2014 (which replaces 842/2006) on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases requires that all systems containing F-Gases must be installed and maintained by competent individuals. Anyone who services F-Gas systems must demonstrate their competence with an independently awarded competence certificate. The FIA is the approved certification and training body for fire systems in the UK, as given in the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2009 (SI 2009/261) these regulations will be updated to accommodate the new EU regulation.”
“SafeContractor uses a dynamic risk-based questionnaire to identify the exact categories for each type of work. Unlike other providers, SafeContractor goes a step beyond SSIP to articulate not only what work a contractor does, but how they do it. This way you can make informed decisions about work you wish you complete. As members, contractors get a significant package of benefits and support, to help them grow their business too.”
“ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses. The aim of ISO 9001 is to give improved product, process and service quality within an organisation and can lead to increased productivity with a reduction in waste through streamlining of current working practices.”
“CHAS helps clients (buyers) and contractors (suppliers) ensure compliance across the different areas of risk management, and mitigate risks across the supply chain. We offer accreditation schemes that can help businesses achieve compliance, mitigate supply chain risks and support efficient supply chain management. “
